Emma is the Head of Development for Human Rights at Sea. She plays both a strategic and hands-on operational role in our fundraising, communications, and advocacy work. Emma joins with over ten years of professional experience in multi-national corporates and third-sector organisations. Her experience includes programme management across a range of areas, including women and children’s rights, child sexual exploitation, and human trafficking. Emma has a master’s degree in International Human Rights Law from the University of Exeter.
