Joseph Hearn
Intern
Joseph is a fisheries-focused intern at HRAS. He has experience in policy research, writing articles, and hosting panel events on global legal and political topics. He has lived and studied abroad, including in Jordan, and is pursuing an MA in Middle Eastern Studies (SOAS) focusing on Arabic and politics. Additionally, he holds a BA in History from Cambridge.
