ABOUT

March on Stress is the leading UK provider of trauma risk management (TRiM) training and other psychological resilience services for organisations that routinely place their people in harm’s way. TRiM is a scientifically proven peer support system introduced in the British Armed Forces, and now developed successfully for the commercial, public and charity sectors that helps to prevent and detect issues of a psychological nature, including but not exclusively post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

Based on the latest scientific evidence and research, March on Stress has developed exclusive occupational stress peer support training (StRaW), as well as psychological monitoring services, for organisations whose employees operate in high pressure environments and are at risk of workplace stress. March on Stress occupational stress services aim to both prevent and detect issues of a psychological nature.

March on Stress has unrivalled operational and academic experience in the fields of operational and occupational stress. All of our services are developed under the watchful eye of leading international PTSD and Occupational Health expert, Professor Neil Greenberg, consultant occupational and forensic psychiatrist. Our trainers are not only well qualified but have also amassed many years of experience operationally, including in crisis situations for both public and private sector.
