He is currently Head: Evidence at Frontline AIDS, one of the largest global civil society parternships on health and human rights. Enrique has held senior management positions in Anti-Slavery International, the Child Soldiers Coalition and Amnesty International. He holds a PhD in human rights and international relations from the University of Sussex.
