Anna Khoma is a consultant and representative of Human Rights at Sea in Ukraine. Anna is a paralegal, having graduated from National University's Odesa Maritime Academy with a Master’s degree in Maritime Law. Anna also has significant experience in translation. She is a member of Ukrainian International Law Association.
