Luke joins Human Rights at Sea to support strategic advocacy and our thematic work on the use of the Maritime domain to promote peacebuilding, human rights, environmental protection, and transitional justice. Luke is the British Royal Navy’s Human Security Advisor and Deputy Director for Slovakian Platform for Peace and Humanity NGO. He has worked for the HALO Trust, the International Criminal Court and the British Red Cross.
